SGS Inc. comprises a trusted senior security consultant with access to a pool of sub-contractors who specialize in the areas of security operations, physical and internal security, threat and risk analysis, vulnerability evaluation, system and organizational designs of integrated security systems, development of operational security programs, strategic planning, practical interventions and master security plans.

Thirty-four years in law enforcement with Command Experience in Airport Policing, Divisional Patrol, Informations Services, Intelligence Services, Major Incident Command and Preparation, Project Management, Traffic Services, Public Safety Unit, Investigations and Community Services.
Eighteen years of progressive responsible management and supervisory experience in varied assignments including project oversight, supervision of sworn and non-sworn members and joint management of several joint forces operations.

Chief Superintendent (Ret)
Retired Chief Superintendent Pauline Gray was a member of the Toronto Police Service starting her career in 1988. Chief Superintendent (Ret) Gray’s policing career was predominantly spent within the field of criminal investigation including the Gambling Squad, The Major Drug Squad and Domestic Violence Response. After having spent 12 years with the Toronto Homicide Squad both as a Lead Investigator and Major Case Manager, Pauline then spent the next years working as an Inspector in Divisional Policing, and Unit commander in both Sex Crimes and Professional Standards.
As a Superintendent, Pauline was the Unit commander of Specialized Criminal Investigations, which encompasses Homicide, Sex Crimes, Hold Up and Forensic Identification Services. Before retiring in 2025 Chief Superintendent (Ret) Gray was the head of Detective Operations having responsibility of Intelligence, Specialized Criminal Investigations and Organized Crime Enforcement, which encompassed Guns and Gangs, Drugs, the Fugitive Squad and Financial Crimes, among others. Pauline was also the Implementation lead of Missing and Missed the Report of the Independent Civilian Review into Missing Person Investigations. In retirement from the TPS Pauline continues to be a regular speaker at the Ontario Police College presenting on Homicide, Bias in investigations and Leadership spent well over a decade presenting at the Toronto Police College, OPC and the Canadian Police College focusing on such topics as Major Case Management, homicide investigation, surviving cross examination, critical thinking and fair and impartial policing. Pauline has also been a guest lecturer at CSIS, ASIS, the University of Toronto, the University of Ontario, and Humber College.
Pauline was engaged in the management of multi-jurisdictional major cases as a Canadian certified Team Commander. She was the recipient of the 2010 Mike Matthews Award, the 2014 Ontario Women in Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement Officer of the Year and the 2023 OWLE Heritage Award and in May of 2025 was the recipient of the Ontario Homicide Investigators Association Life Time Achievement Award Chief Superintendent (Ret) Gray continues in retirement as the Deputy Chief Aide de Camp for the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and a is a Member of the Order of Merit of the Police Forces, and recipient of the Kings Coronation medal.
